Keith Peterson – President/Event Director

Since 1997, Keith Peterson has created and produced some of the most exciting, dynamic and successful days and nights of entertainment in both Madison, Wis., and Orlando, Fla. Whether he’s producing community festivals, full-fledged marathons, state-of-the-art dance parties or celebrity-studded comedy shows, Keith’s vision and execution has consistently proven his professionalism and enthusiasm in providing audiences with high-energy, colorful, and crowd-pleasing productions. His business sense and expert skills have garnered him respect and notoriety from some of the largest entertainment companies in the world, including the Walt Disney Company and Universal Studios. Assist you with development and implementation of the event concept. Keith will consult with you to help create a unique special event based specifically on your objectives.

• Develop, analyze and allocate your event budget for maximum effectiveness.
  
• Schedule and coordinate all aspects of your event.
  
• Sell and execute event sponsorship – Keith works with sponsors to create individualized marketing plans to generate brand awareness, promote new and existing products and boost sales.
• Establish relationships with food and beverage vendor and/or other merchants as they relate to you event.
  
• Raise funds and community awareness of your brand and/or any other companies and non-profit organizations that you may be affiliated with.
  
• Interface with various government agencies for event planning and permitting.
  
• Identify and consult with you on other opportunities in cross promotions with event sponsors.
  
• Manage all event staff.
  
• Oversee event accounting and bookkeeping.
  
• Give you detailed post-event reports, including recommendations.
