Services provided by Purple Door Productions may include but are not limited to:
- Establish and/or maintain relationships with existing and new sponsors.
- Assist you with development and implementation of the event concept based specifically on your objectives.
- Develop, analyze and allocate the event budget for maximum effectiveness.
- Schedule and coordinate all aspects of your event.
- Establish relationships with food and beverage vendors and/or other merchants as they relate to your event.
- Assist marketing with raising funds and community awareness of your brand and/or those of any other collaborating organizations that you may be affiliated with.
- Identify and consult with you on cross promotional opportunities with event sponsors.
- Provide detailed post-event reports, including recommendations.
- Recruit, manage, train and communicate with the volunteers necessary for your event. This includes coordinating meetings, training volunteer coordinators, working with major charities and providing job descriptions for each position.
- Assist with the inventory for the various supplies owned by your organization. If it is deemed that additional materials are needed to effectively produce your event, we will coordinate purchasing and/or leasing the equipment through the bid process.
- Lend supplementary support to any necessary sub-committee meetings. This includes writing and distributing the minutes.
- Attend and oversee your event(s) onsite.
- Prepare bid proposals and secure various vendors for each event, including sound, power, toilets, dumpsters, stages, beverages, tents, trucks, barricades, facilities, etc.
- Oversee communications with event participants, including e-mails, registration materials, event guides/programs and Web postings.
- Coordinate participant registration in each event.
- Complete and submit required permits for each event and follow up on each permit with the appropriate city/county/state officials.
- Aid in the preparation of post-event reports, including recommendations for future events.
- Recruit and lead interns as they learn event production as it relates to your event(s).
- Oversee public relations campaigns.
- Secure media support when needed.
- Manage promotional campaigns including print, radio and television advertisements, banners, press releases, media contact lists, mailings, posters, programs, etc.
- Supervise the development of merchandising as it relates to your event.
- Assist with sponsorship proposals.
- Follow through with sponsorships to guarantee that contracts are fulfilled.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Issue purchase orders.
- Approve invoices.
- Oversee bookkeeping with monthly reconciliation and the production of monthly cash flow statements.
